Villa Rabelais


Just a few steps from your accommodation, this magnificent 19th-century mansion is the headquarters of the IEHCA and the Maison des Cultures Gastronomiques (House of Gastronomic Cultures). Villa Rabelais will host all of the summer university's seminars and activities.

IEHCA Library


Founded in 2002, the IEHCA library is the first European research library devoted to the history and cultures of food.
The library has a multilingual and multidisciplinary collection of more than 11,000 books, 79 titles from specialized journals, theses, inventories, sources, etc.
