Network Alumni

For more than 20 years, this summer university has encouraged the mobility of more than 360 students from all over the world and welcomed more than 120 speakers. 

One of the IEHCA's main missions is to compile a list of researchers in Europe and around the world working in the field of the history and cultures of food, and to publish a reference directory. This project is guided by the idea of networking, which should help to make the IEHCA an institution of reference and expertise, so that it becomes a European centre of excellence and a place where people can meet and exchange ideas.

In this respect, the IEHCA represents a tremendous opportunity for international cooperation and communication between high-level researchers, encouraging the circulation of information, publications, calls for papers, etc.
